Terrace Finance allows flexible payment options as well as 30 days same as cash and for a small fee of you can get 60 or 90* days same as cash options. They have Skip a Payment options and no pre-payment penalties!

- $1300.00 Monthly net income
- Valid Checking account with ACH
- Credit score of over 600
